Checking My Order Status

Members

Members can check order status in three ways.

To see your complete history of products purchased, sign in to your account. Then point to the "My Account" button (round with your initials) and click on "Products Ordered" in the dropdown list.

To see one specific order if you know the internet confirmation number, click on "Check My Order" at the bottom of any page. Enter your email address and confirmation number, and click "Continue".

To see your most recent order if you do not know the internet confirmation number, click on "Check My Order" at the bottom of any page. Enter the billing postal code and last name, and the shipping last name; and click "Continue".

Guests
