Rooibos

Pronounced "roybos", in Afrikaans, the name means "Red Bush". This traditional South African drink has a mild, aromatic, slightly citrus sweetness. On its own, it compares well to a Ceylon tea. It also adds an interesting touch when blended with other teas, even black teas.
