Business Startups - We will not set up accounts or provide wholesale pricing for new businesses until you have at least received your Federal and state identification numbers. Before that time we would be happy to talk with you and give you an idea of how to estimate wholesale pricing from our retail store.
Ordering Policies

• For USA - Minimum opening order is $250.00 for any combination of product. All reorders must be a minimum of $75. Payment by check money order or credit card must accompany order. We will accept reorders for less than $75.00 subject to a $10.00 service charge.
• For Canada - Minimum opening order is $250.00 for any combination of product. All reorders must be a minimum of $75. Payment by check money order or credit card must accompany order. We will accept reorders for less than $75.00 subject to a $10.00 service charge. We recommend you have a Fedex Ground account for your business so that we can charge shipping directly to your account. To activate Fedex Ground as an option for your shipping, please provide your Fedex account number with your application, or at least before your first order. We charge $10.00 US only to cover packing and extra document preparation. Otherwise all orders are shipped through USPS and CanadaPost.
• Lead times - For store openings and during busy holiday times we suggest you place your order at least 1 week (3 -4 weeks for Canada) prior to your required delivery date.
• If your business will be operating via internet or catalog we require that you provide the domain name of the operational website with your application. We do not guarantee future availability of any item. We do not provide drop shipment services to third party clients.
