Free shipping is available on packages delivered within the USA for retail customers who place an order through this website. Free shipping is not available for orders placed by phone or by mail.
When merchandise totals $100.00 or more:
Orders weighing less than 10 pounds receive free shipping.Orders weighing 10 pounds or more receive half price shipping.
Free/discounted shipping offer applies only to Fedex Ground/Home Delivery or USPS Priority Mail shipping methods (our choice). No discount is given for express shipments.
Returns
Devotea.com does not pay shipping on returns. If a return causes the original order total to drop below $100.00, the original shipping charge will be added to the order before the credit is issued. This will reduce the amount credited for a return.
For Wholesale Customers
Free or discounted shipping is not available to wholesale customers, however, we do everything we can to keep your shipping costs low. Charges reflect the actual shipping cost, not a percentage of the sale. We also avoid shipping multiple boxes whenever possible.
